• Ski tickets must be picked up at the hotel reception desk.
• Free tickets for children 6 years old and under. Their tickets must be picked up at the ticket office of  Le Massif de Charlevoix, child's presence and proof of age is mandatory.
• Le Massif de Charlevoix will be in operation 7 days a week from December 3, 2022 to April 11, 2023 depending on weather conditions.
